Group II Overcollateralized Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date on which an Overcollateralized Amount exists, the excess, if any, of (i) the sum of (a) the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans plus (b) the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the REO Properties in Loan Group II over (ii) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-2 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date, in each case, before reduction for any Realized Losses on such Distribution Date.

With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans on the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) exceeds (ii) the sum of the aggregate Certificate Principal Balances of the Class II-A Certificates and the Uncertificated Principal Balance of REMIC 4 Regular Interest LT4-IIP as of such Distribution Date (after giving effect to distributions of the Group II Principal Remittance Amount to be made on such Distribution Date).
