Group III Senior Certificates. As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

Group III Senior Certificates. Any of the Class A-III Certificates.

Group III Senior Certificates. The Class III-A-1, Class III-A-2, Class III-A-3 and Class III-X Certificates. Group III Senior Percentage: Initially, 95.50%. On any Distribution Date, the lesser of (i) 100% and (ii) the percentage (carried to six places rounded up) obtained by dividing the aggregate Current Principal Amount of the Group III Senior Certificates immediately preceding such Distribution Date by the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Group III Mortgage Loans as of the beginning of the related Due Period.
