The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium for the Group Life Insurance Plan.
Regular full-time and regular part-time employees shall, upon completion of the three (3) month probationary period, become members of the Group Life Insurance Plan as a condition of employment.
Employees may elect to take additional coverage in accordance with the provisions and regulations governing optional coverage as specified in the Group Life Insurance Plan.
Employees formerly covered by other collective agreements will be governed by Group Life Insurance Plan provisions, if any, found in their respective former collective agreements.
