Group of Persons definition

Group of Persons means a group of Persons that would constitute a “group” as determined pursuant to Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
Group of Persons means characteristics that identify an individual as a member of a group, which characteristics include without limitation, race, gender, sex, pregnancy, marital status, ethnic or social origin, colour, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, conscience, belief, culture, language, birth and nationality;
Group of Persons means any two or more Persons who or which are acting or have agreed to act together for the purpose of acquiring, holding, voting or disposing of any Voting Stock of the Corporation.

Group of Persons shall have the meaning of the term "person" set forth in Sections 13(d) and 14(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("1934 Act") or any similar successor provision, and the rules, regulations and interpretations promulgated thereunder. The term "beneficial ownership" shall have the meaning defined under Rule 13d-3 under the 1934 Act or any similar successor rules, regulations and interpretations promulgated thereunder.
Group of Persons has the same meaning as “group” as defined in or under Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act.
Group of Persons means the Persons, including Consortiums or Business Groups, that have, written or verbal, apparent or implicit, direct or indirect (at any level), agreements, of any nature, to make decisions in the same direction or act in the same manner. It is presumed, unless otherwise proved, that there is a “Group of Persons” when:
