Guarantee Event definition

Guarantee Event has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(c).
Guarantee Event means, with respect to any Guarantee Agreement, a “Guarantee Event” within the meaning of such Guarantee Agreement, without giving effect to the second proviso thereof.
Guarantee Event has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.6(c).

More Definitions of Guarantee Event

Guarantee Event means the occurrence of the purchase by NNG of Litton common stock in accordance with the Exchange Offer.

Guarantee Event means any day during the Covenant Relief Period on which the Lead Borrower’s corporate family rating shall be less than the following from at least two of the following three ratings agencies: (x) Baa3 from Moody’s, (y) BBB- from S&P and (z) BBB- from Fitch.
