Guaranteed Amounts definition

Guaranteed Amounts means the amounts due from time to time from the Issuer to (i) the Covered Bondholders with respect to each Series of Covered Bonds (excluding any additional amounts payable to the Covered Bondholders under Condition 9(a) (Gross-up by the Issuer)) and (ii) the Other Issuer Creditors pursuant to the relevant Transaction Documents.
Guaranteed Amounts means prior to the service of a Guarantor Acceleration Notice, with respect to any Original Due for Payment Date or, if applicable, any Extended Due for Payment Date, the sum of Scheduled Interest and Scheduled Principal, in each case, payable on that Original Due for Payment Date or, if applicable, any Extended Due for Payment Date, or after service of a Guarantor Acceleration Notice, an amount equal to the relevant Early Redemption Amount as specified in the Conditions plus all accrued and unpaid interest and all other amounts due and payable in respect of the Covered Bonds, including all Excluded Scheduled Interest Amounts, all Excluded Scheduled Principal Amounts (whenever the same arose) and all amounts payable by the Guarantor under the Trust Deed;

  • Upon receipt of such Payment Notice, the Guarantor will immediately pay the Guaranteed Amounts pursuant to Section 7.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, in no event shall the Guaranteed Amounts exceed the Deposit (as defined in the Funding Agreement) of the Funding Agreement, plus accrued but unpaid interest and any other amounts due and owing under the Funding Agreement, less any amounts paid by Principal Life to the Trust.

  • The Guarantor shall have no obligation under the Covered Bond Guarantee to pay any Guaranteed Amounts until a Covered Bond Guarantee Activation Event (as defined below) has occurred.


More Definitions of Guaranteed Amounts

Guaranteed Amounts means, in respect of a Series:
Guaranteed Amounts means all Residential Fees, any Enhanced Room Fees and any Post- death Fees due from you to us under this Agreement unless any part of them are covered by Authority Funding (see clause 31 generally and 31.5 in particular).
Guaranteed Amounts means the amounts guaranteed by the Guarantor, in respect of each Series, being: (a) the Asset Portfolio Revenues to be paid into the relevant Transaction Account by the Services Agent in accordance with the terms of the Service Agency Agreement; (b) any Deferred Sale Price to be paid into the relevant Transaction Account pursuant to the Master Murabaha Agreement and relevant Murabaha Contract; (c) any Total Loss Shortfall Amount; (d) any Exercise Price payable under the Purchase Undertaking and the Trustee Sale and Purchase Undertaking; and (e) any amount payable by Majid Al Futtaim Properties under clause 2.3 of the Purchase Undertaking;
Guaranteed Amounts means the amounts due from time to time by the Issuer to Bondholders with respect to each Series or Tranche of Covered Bonds.
Guaranteed Amounts means, with respect to any Due Date, the sum of (without double counting) the following:
Guaranteed Amounts means any and all amounts whatsoever (including, without limitation, interest after the filing of a petition initiating a proceeding referred to in clause 14.1(F), whether or not such interest constitutes an allowed claim for the purposes of such proceeding) which are to be paid by the Borrowers (or any of them) to the Facility Agent or the Lenders (or any of them) under the Financing Documents;
Guaranteed Amounts means any amounts due from time to time to the Bondholders in relation to each Series of Covered Bonds.
