Guarantor Party definition

Guarantor Party has the meaning set forth in Section 10.01.
Guarantor Party means each of the Parent Guarantor and each Subsidiary Guarantor and “Guarantor Parties” means all of them collectively.

Examples of Guarantor Party in a sentence

  • The obligations of each Guarantor Party hereunder are those of a primary obligor, and not merely a surety, and are independent of the Obligations of the Guaranteed Party.

  • The Guarantor Party guarantees that its Guaranteed Obligations will be paid in accordance with the terms of the Loan Documents, regardless of any law, regulation or order now or hereafter in effect in any jurisdiction affecting any of such terms or the rights of any Credit Party with respect thereto.
