Guarantor Security Documents definition

Guarantor Security Documents means, collectively, those various agreements, instruments and documents, including all security agreements, charging agreements, mortgages, etc., which may from time to time be executed by the respective Guarantors pursuant to which each such Guarantor shall grant Liens to Agent for the benefit of Lenders in substantially all of its assets, real and personal, tangible and intangible, as security for the payment and performance of the Obligations, as each such agreement, instrument or document may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Guarantor Security Documents means the amended and restated security agreement of even date herewith made by the Guarantor in favour of the Collateral Agent and any other security granted to the Collateral Agent or any Secured Creditor as security for the obligations of the Guarantor under this Guarantee and the other Credit Documents to which it is a party.

Guarantor Security Documents at any time means, in respect of each Guarantor, the agreements described in Schedule “A” and any other security held by the Collateral Agent and the Secured Creditors, or any one of them, from time to time for such Guarantor’s obligations under this Guarantee and the other Indenture Documents to which it is a party.

• The Corporate Guarantors have heretofore granted to the Agent, for the ratable benefit of the Lenders, the Collateral Monitoring Agent and the Issuing Bank, a Lien on all of the Corporate Guarantors' respective personal property pursuant to one or more security agreements, pledge agreements and assignments (collectively, as amended, restated, modified, supplemented and confirmed from time to time, the "Original Guarantor Security Documents").

More Definitions of Guarantor Security Documents

Guarantor Security Documents means this Guarantee and any and all documents which may at any time be executed by the Guarantor as security for the payment of all or any part of the Guarantor Liabilities and “Guarantor Security Document” means any one of them.

Guarantor Security Documents means any and all documents, instruments, pledges, powers of attorney, consents, and all other writings heretofore, now or hereafter executed by any Guarantor and delivered to Agent as security for the Obligations or any Guarantor's obligations under a Guaranty.
