Guarantor Security Documents definition

Guarantor Security Documents means, collectively, those various agreements, instruments and documents, including all security agreements, charging agreements, mortgages, etc., which may from time to time be executed by the respective Guarantors pursuant to which each such Guarantor shall grant Liens to Agent for the benefit of Lenders in substantially all of its assets, real and personal, tangible and intangible, as security for the payment and performance of the Obligations, as each such agreement, instrument or document may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Guarantor Security Documents means the amended and restated security agreement of even date herewith made by the Guarantor in favour of the Collateral Agent and any other security granted to the Collateral Agent or any Secured Creditor as security for the obligations of the Guarantor under this Guarantee and the other Credit Documents to which it is a party.

Guarantor Security Documents means, collectively, the agreements described in Schedule “A” and any other security held by the Collateral Agent and the Secured Parties, or any one of them, from time to time for the Guarantors’ obligations under this Guarantee.

Guarantor Security Documents means, collectively, the W▇▇▇▇▇ Guarantor Security Documents, the June 2005 Guarantor Security Documents, the September 2005 Guarantor Security Documents, the November 2005 Guarantor Security Documents and the January 2006 Guarantor Security Documents.

Guarantor Security Documents means this Guarantee and any and all documents which may at any time be executed by the Guarantor as security for the payment of all or any part of the Guarantor Liabilities and “Guarantor Security Document” means any one of them.

Guarantor Security Documents the Guarantor Security Agreement, the mortgages, deeds of trust, leasehold assignments and consents, financing statements, pledge agreements, assignments, and/or other security documents executed by Guarantor in favor of CoBank to secure Guarantor's performance of its obligations under this Guaranty with a Lien on all assets, real and personal, of Guarantor, in form and substance acceptable to CoBank, together with all renewals, extensions, amendments, modifications, and supplements thereto.

Guarantor Security Documents means the agreements and documents set forth on Schedule 1.1(a).

Guarantor Security Documents the security agreement, pledge agreement and/or other security documents executed by Guarantor in favor of Agent and the present and future Syndication Parties to secure Guarantor's performance of its obligations under the Guaranty with a first lien on all of Guarantor's assets.
