Guidance Price definition
Guidance Price means the price that may be decided by the parties to a transaction subject to a certain range which is provided by the laws, regulations, determinations, orders promulgated by or specified for certain product or service by the central government, provincial government or other regulatory body of the Peoples’ Republic of China.
