Guidelines for Compensation and Resettlement definition

Guidelines for Compensation and Resettlement means the guidelines prepared by the Borrower, in agreement with the Bank, for the provision of compensation to Affected Persons, as such Guidelines may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Bank;
