Guidelines for Compensation and Resettlement definition

Guidelines for Compensation and Resettlement means the guidelines prepared by the Borrower, in agreement with the Association, for the provision of compensation to Affected Persons as set forth in paragraph 12 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement and in the Operations Manual, as such Guidelines may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association.

Guidelines for Compensation and Resettlement means the guidelines approved by the Borrower pursuant to Instruksi Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xx. 000.0-000, dated November 9, 1998, pertaining to land acquisition and resettlement and compensation of Affected Persons under the Project, as set forth in paragraph 4 of Schedule 5 to this Agreement and in the Sub-project Implementation Agreements, and as such Guidelines may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Bank;

  • Cancellation Compensation means an amount payable by a Participating Dealer in respect of a default, as set out in the Trust Deed and in the Operating Guidelines applicable at the time the relevant Creation Application or Redemption Application is made.

  • Share Compensation Arrangement means any stock option, stock option plan, employee stock purchase plan or any other compensation or incentive mechanism involving the issuance or potential issuance of Shares, including a share purchase from treasury which is financially assisted by the Corporation by way of a loan, guarantee or otherwise;

  • Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are not in whole time employment of the Company.
