Haas Family means (a) any of the descendants of Otto Haas, the fxxxxer of the Company, and their spouses, (b) any xxxxxxx under any inter vivos or testamentary trust for the benefit of any of the Persons specified in clause (a) or the cestui que trusts thereunder or (c) any foundation established by Phoebe Haas, the spouse of Otto Haas, or by any of the Persons spxxxxxxx xx clause (a).

  • Extended family member means an adult who is a grandparent, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, uncle, aunt, or first cousin with whom the child has a relationship and is comfortable, and who is willing and available to care for the child. RCW 13.32A.030

  • Related Fund means, with respect to any Lender that is an investment fund, any other investment fund that invests in commercial loans and that is managed or advised by the same investment advisor as such Lender or by an Affiliate of such investment advisor.

  • Immediate family means a spouse and any unemancipated child.

  • Investment Person means all Portfolio Managers of Loomis Sayles and other Advisory Persons who assist the Portfolio Managers in making and implementing investment decisions for an Investment Company or other client of Loomis Sayles, including, but not limited to, designated Research Analysts and traders of Loomis Sayles. A person is considered an Investment Person only as to those client accounts or types of client accounts as to which he or she is designated by Personal Trading Compliance or the Chief Compliance Officer as such. As to other accounts, he or she is simply an Access Person.

  • FIDIC means the Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils, the international federation of consulting engineers.

  • Affiliated has a correlative meaning.
