Hardware Warranty definition

Hardware Warranty means the Badge Products Limited Warranty for Hardware purchased as part of a Vocera Communications Software system, and if applicable to End User, attached to this Agreement.
Hardware Warranty means the Badge Products Limited Warranty for Hardware purchased as part of a Vocera Communications Software system posted at www.vocera.com/legal for the Applicable Jurisdiction, and if applicable to End User, incorporated into this Agreement.

More Definitions of Hardware Warranty

Hardware Warranty has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1(b).

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.
