Harvest Area definition

Harvest Area means the area indicated for harvest on an appraisal map submitted by the licensee;
Harvest Area means an area that contains commercial quantities of shellstock and may include aquaculture sites and facilities.
Harvest Area means that area on which timber harvesting is conducted including that area where soil and/or vegetation has been disturbed or damaged during harvesting, including road construction.

Harvest Area means a growing area from which commer- cial quantities of shellstock may be removed and may include aquaculture sites and facilities.
