Harvest Area definition

Harvest Area means the area indicated for harvest on an appraisal map submitted by the licensee;
Harvest Area means an area that contains commercial quantities of shellstock and may include aquaculture sites and facilities.
Harvest Area means that area on which timber harvesting is conducted including that area where soil and/or vegetation has been disturbed or damaged during harvesting, including road construction.

Harvest Area means the area associated with harvesting a cutblock or road, where the harvest is conducted with a silviculture system other than a single tree or group selection, and less than 40% of the pre-harvest basal area is retained at the conclusion of harvesting
