LICENCE AND PERMITS means any and all of the following which must be valid and updated periodically by the Transport Supplier to the satisfaction of the Company:-
Licenses and Permits means all foreign, local, state and federal licenses, permits, registrations, certificates, Contracts, consents, accreditations and approvals necessary for the operation of the Business.
Business Licenses has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(x).
Consents, Clearances and Permits means all authorizations, licenses, approvals, registrations, permits, waivers, privileges, acknowledgements, agreements, or concessions required to be obtained from or provided by any concerned authority for the purpose of setting up of the generation facilities and/ or supply of power;
Business License means a license issued by the Department to a medical marijuana dispensary, grower, processor, testing laboratory, or transporter.
Patent and Trademark Security Agreement means the Patent and Trademark Security Agreement by the Borrower in favor of the Lender of even date herewith.
On-premise banquet license means a license issued in accordance with
Intellectual Property Security Agreements has the meaning specified in the Security Agreement.
Company Intellectual Property Agreements means any Contract to which the Company or any Subsidiary is a party or is otherwise bound and (A) pursuant to which the Company or any Subsidiary has granted any rights with respect to any Company Intellectual Property or has been granted any rights with respect to any Third-Party Intellectual Property, or (B) that otherwise governs any Company Intellectual Property.
Intellectual Property Security Agreement means the Intellectual Property Security Agreement dated as of the Closing Date among the Loan Parties and the Collateral Agent, granting a Lien in the Intellectual Property and certain other assets of the Loan Parties, as amended and in effect from time to time.
Environmental Permits means all permits, licenses, authorizations, certificates, approvals or registrations required by any Governmental Authority under any Environmental Laws.
Trademark License means any written agreement, now or hereafter in effect, granting to any third party any right to use any trademark now or hereafter owned by any Grantor or that any Grantor otherwise has the right to license, or granting to any Grantor any right to use any trademark now or hereafter owned by any third party, and all rights of any Grantor under any such agreement.
industrial agreement means an agreement registered by the Commission under this Act as an industrial agreement;
Environmental Authorizations means all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, notices, registrations or other legal prerequisites for conducting the business of the Borrower required by any Environmental Requirement.
Trademark Security Agreements means the Trademark Security Agreements made in favor of Agent, on behalf of itself and Lenders, by each applicable Credit Party.
Land Use Bylaw means Bylaw 75 of the Municipality, approved on August 6, 1992, as amended, or successor bylaws.
Trademark Licenses means all licenses, contracts or other agreements, whether written or oral, naming any Grantor as licensor or licensee and providing for the grant of any right concerning any Trademark, together with any goodwill connected with and symbolized by any such trademark licenses, contracts or agreements and the right to prepare for sale or lease and sell or lease any and all Inventory now or hereafter owned by any Grantor and now or hereafter covered by such licenses (including, without limitation, all Trademark Licenses described in Schedule II hereto).
Nonpoint source pollution means pollution such as sediment, nitrogen, phosphorous, hydrocarbons, heavy metals, and toxics whose sources cannot be pinpointed but rather are washed from the land surface in a diffuse manner by stormwater runoff.
Trademark Security Agreement means each Trademark Security Agreement executed and delivered by Grantors, or any of them, and Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit D.
Permits and Licenses means any approval, consent, license, permit, waiver, exception, variance or other authorization issued, granted, given, or otherwise made available by or under the authority of a government or governmental agency or under any applicable law, regulation, rule or order.
Parent Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Trademark License Agreement means that certain Trademark License Agreement in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.
Baggage and Personal Effects means luggage, personal possessions and travel documents taken by You on Your Trip.

Copyright and Similar Rights means copyright and/or similar rights closely related to copyright including, without limitation, performance, broadcast, sound recording, and Sui Generis Database Rights, without regard to how the rights are labeled or categorized. For purposes of this Public License, the rights specified in Section 2(b)(1)-(2) are not Copyright and Similar Rights.
Occupational license means a certificate, registration, or license issued by a state department, bureau, or agency that has regulatory authority over an individual that allows an individual to legally engage in a regulated occupation or that allows the individual to use a specific title in the practice of an occupation, profession, or vocation.
