Head Agreement means the Agreement, other than the Schedules;

Head Agreement means that agreement or agreements, if any, now or in the future, between the Lessor and SMRID, with respect to the 40 Mile Park, and includes any subsequent amendment, addition to or other variation of such agreement or agreements, and includes all affiliated agreements. The Co-operator acknowledges that he is aware that the Lessor may, without notice to or obtaining the consent of; the Co-operator, enter into such amendments, additions, deletions or replacements; and that notwithstanding anything herein this Agreement shall be automatically amended in any way necessary to comply with requirements of the Head Agreement then existing from time to time.

Head Agreement means the agreement between the Department and the Head Contractor for 'Eligible Service provider List Contract for the provision of Assisted School Travel Services to the Assisted School Travel Program'. Laws means the provisions of any statute, rule, regulation, proclamation, ordinance, by-law, present or future, whether local, state, federal, and includes statutory codes and standards. Licenses and Consents means any licenses, consents, authorisations, recognitions, qualifications, approvals and permits required by applicable laws and Regulatory Requirements to provide the services and to perform obligations under this Agreement. Personnel of a person includes that person's employee, agent, officer, or contractor. A reference to the Head Contractor's Personnel does not include the Subcontractor. A reference to Subcontractor's Personnel does not include the Head Contractor.

Head Agreement means the main body of this Agreement;

Head Agreement means this deed between Finance and the Contractor, as amended from time to time, and includes its Schedules and any attachments;

Head Agreement means the Australia Post Data Supply and Licence Agreement between Australia Post and Experian dated on or about 1 January 2018 pursuant to which this Agreement is entered into.
