Head Leases definition

Head Leases means the four head lease agreements each dated 3 December 2003 and entered into between the Head Lessor and the Borrower as head lessee in respect of each Aircraft, as amended from time to time;
Head Leases means the Head Lease (Expansion Property) and the Head Lease (Original Property).
Head Leases means the lease agreements of the Leased Real Properties, under which agreements TAI is the tenant, and which are listed in Schedule 2 to this Agreement;

More Definitions of Head Leases

Head Leases means the Deed of Lease dated 11th October, 2002, the Consent Letter dated 14th January, 2014, the Declaration dated 14th January, 2014, the Deed of Lease dated 15th January 2014 and the Deed of Lease dated 15th January 2014; all mentioned in Schedule-A hereto;
Head Leases means the head leases listed in paragraph (a) of Part 4 of Schedule 1 of the Services Agreement and includes any replacement agreements.
Head Leases means, collectively, the Head Lease (1996-A) and the ----------- Head Lease (1996-B).
Head Leases has the meaning set forth in Recital D, and shall include all assignments of and amendments to the same to the Effective Date.
Head Leases means individually or collectively, as the context may require, the Blue Mountain Head Lease and the Whistler Head Lease.
Head Leases means the various leases under which the Landlord holds part of the Demised Premises as listed in the Eighth Schedule hereto.
Head Leases means the leases of the Leased Properties for which Imvescor or any of its Subsidiaries acts as the head lessee for a Franchisee, together with all supplements, side letters and amendments relating thereto, whether written or oral, in each case described in Section 3.1.26 of the Imvescor Disclosure Letter;
