Heads of Service definition

Heads of Service. The Head of Transportation and the Head of Environment.
Heads of Service means the Chief Officers responsible for the management of an individual Service Unit.
Heads of Service means the Chief Executiv e, any Director or Head of Serv ice, on the understanding that Heads of Serv ice may further delegate to other officers w ithin their service. Such further delegation shall be reported to the Secretary who w ill maintain a register of such delegation and rev iew it annually.
