Health Care Program definition

Health Care Program means any health care program in the state that is supported with state general fund or federal dollars.
Health Care Program means any “federal health care program” as defined in 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b(f), including Medicare, TRICARE and Medicaid, worker’s compensation, and all other government contracting agencies.
Health Care Program has the meaning set forth in Section 5.26(a)(viii).

Health Care Program means a program or activity administered or funded by a state agency to provide health care services, research, education, or goods.
