Heavy-duty vehicle definition

Heavy-duty vehicle means any motor vehicle having a manufacturer’s gross vehicle weight rating greater than 6,000 pounds, except passenger cars.
Heavy-duty vehicle means a vehicle having a maximum permissible mass exceeding 3,5 tonnes;
Heavy-duty vehicle means a heavy-duty vehicle as defined at Title 13, CCR, Section 1900.
