Hedge Collateral definition
Hedge Collateral is defined in Section 5.2(b).
Hedge Collateral means all of the rights of the Borrower, whether now existing and hereafter acquired, in and to all Hedging Agreements, Hedge Transactions and all present and future amounts payable by all Hedge Counterparties to the Borrower under or in connection with such Hedging Agreements and Hedge Transactions with such Hedge Counterparties.
Hedge Collateral has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 5.09(b).
Examples of Hedge Collateral in a sentence
All amounts from time to time held in each Hedge Collateral Account shall be held (a) in the name of the Indenture Trustee, for the benefit of the Issuer, and (b) in the custody and under the “Control” (as such term is defined in the UCC) of the Indenture Trustee, for the purposes and on the terms set forth in this Master Indenture.
The Hedge Collateral will be deposited in the Hedge Collateral Account; provided that the Hedge Collateral will not be considered to be Collateral for purposes of this Master Indenture and the Hedge Collateral Account will not be considered to be an Indenture Account for purposes of this Master Indenture.

Hedge Collateral has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.16(g).
Hedge Collateral means any asset (including, without limitation, cash and/or securities) paid or transferred to the Issuer by a Hedge Provider in accordance with the terms of the relevant Hedge Agreement as collateral to secure the performance of that Hedge Provider's obligations under the relevant Hedge Agreement together with any income or distributions received in respect of such asset including any cash invested in Hedge Collateral Authorised Investments and any income thereon;

Hedge Collateral means, at any time, any asset or right (including, without limitation, cash and/or securities) that is paid, transferred or pledged by a Hedging Counterparty to (or for the benefit of) the Issuer as collateral in respect of the performance by such Hedging Counterparty of its obligations under the relevant Hedging Agreement, together with any income or distributions received in respect of such asset or right and any equivalent of such asset or right into which such asset or right is transformed.
