The Indenture Trustee may resign at any time with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice by so notifying the Issuer (with a copy to each Rating Agency, the Noteholders and each Hedge Counterparty).
Notice of redemption under Section 11.01 shall be given by the Indenture Trustee by first class mail, postage prepaid, mailed or transmitted by email or delivered not later than ten (10) days prior to the applicable Redemption Date to each Noteholder affected thereby and each Hedge Counterparty, as of the close of business on the Record Date preceding the applicable Redemption Date, at such Holder’s address appearing in the Note Register.
The Indenture Trustee shall provide Holdings, each Rating Agency and each Hedge Counterparty with prior written notice of any such transaction.

If the Indenture Trustee fails to comply with Section 6.11, any Noteholder or any Hedge Counterparty may petition any court of competent jurisdiction for the removal of the Indenture Trustee and the appointment of a successor Indenture Trustee.
