Hedge Payment definition

Hedge Payment. For any Distribution Date, the payment, if any, due under the Hedge Agreement in respect of such Distribution Date.
Hedge Payment means a net payment to be made by a Hedge Provider into the Collections Account under a Hedge Agreement and includes any such payment made by a guarantor under any related Hedge Guarantee or any termination payment received from any counterparty to a Hedge Agreement.
Hedge Payment means with respect to any Payment Date that is not also a Note Increase Date, the aggregate amount, if any, which the Issuer is obligated to pay as an additional premium to the Hedge Provider on such Payment Date as a result of an increase in the notional amount of the Hedge Agreement and/or any other change in the terms or adjustments of the Hedge Agreement which require payment of an increased or additional premium. The amount of any such Hedge Payment shall be calculated by the Servicer and provided in writing to the Trustee and the Deal Agent.

  • In the absence of written investment instructions hereunder, funds on deposit in the Hedge Payment Account shall be invested as fully as practicable in one or more Eligible Investments of the type described in clause (b) of the definition thereof.

  • All income or other gain from such Eligible Investments shall be credited to the Hedge Payment Account, and any loss resulting from such investments shall be charged to the Hedge Payment Account.
