Hedge Positions definition

Hedge Positions means any purchase, sale, entry into or maintenance of one or more (i) positions or contracts in securities, options, futures, derivatives, or foreign exchange, (ii) stock loan transactions, or (iii) other arrangements (howsoever described) by the Issuer and/or any of its affiliates in order to hedge, individually or on a portfolio basis, its obligations under the Notes.
Hedge Positions means any one or more securities positions, derivatives positions or other instruments or arrangements (howsoever described) purchased, sold, entered into or maintained by the us or any of our affiliates, in order to hedge, or otherwise in connection with, the notes, including, for the avoidance of doubt, any such positions in respect of the assets that may be required to be delivered in connection with any physical settlement of the notes, as specified in the relevant final terms.
Hedge Positions means any purchase, sale, entry into or maintenance of one or more (a) positions or contracts in securities, options, futures, derivatives or foreign exchange, (b) stock loan transactions, or (c) other instruments or arrangements (howsoever described) by the Issuer and/or its affiliates in order to hedge, individually or on a portfolio basis, the risk of entering into and performing its obligations with respect to the Securities.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the parties agree that in determining the Share Termination Delivery Unit Price the Calculation Agent may consider the purchase price paid in connection with the purchase of Share Termination Delivery Property or the per Share unwind price of any Share-linked Hedge Positions, as the case may be.
