Hedging Agreements definition

Hedging Agreements means, collectively, interest rate protection agreements, foreign currency exchange agreements, commodity purchase or option agreements or other interest or exchange rate or commodity price hedging agreements, in each case, entered into or purchased by a Credit Party.
Hedging Agreements means, with respect to any Person, any agreement entered into to protect such Person against fluctuations in interest rates, or currency or raw materials values, including, without limitation, any interest rate swap, cap or collar agreement or similar arrangement between such Person and one or more counterparties, any foreign currency exchange agreement, currency protection agreements, commodity purchase or option agreements or other interest or exchange rate hedging agreements.
Hedging Agreements means any commodity, interest rate or currency swap, cap, floor, collar, forward agreement or other exchange or protection agreements or any option with respect to any such transaction.

Hedging Agreements means: (a) interest rate swap agreements, basis swap agreements, interest rate cap agreements, forward rate agreements, interest rate floor agreements and interest rate collar agreements, and all other agreements or arrangements designed to protect such Person against fluctuations in interest rates or currency exchange rates, and (b) forward contracts, options, futures contracts, futures options, commodity swaps, commodity options, commodity collars, commodity caps, commodity floors and all other agreements or arrangements designed to protect such Person against fluctuations in the price of commodities.
