Hedging Period definition

Hedging Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(a).
Hedging Period means the period of consecutive Scheduled Trading Days beginning on, and including, December 17, 2013, and ending on, and including, the earlier of (i) the first date on which Dealer (or its affiliate or agent) has completed purchasing Shares to adjust its Hedge Positions in connection with this Amendment and (ii) February 20, 2014 (such earlier date, the “Hedge Completion Date”).
Hedging Period means each period from, and including, one Hedging Date, to, and including, the next following Hedging Date, provided that the first Hedging Period shall commence on the first Hedging Date after the Fixing Date and the last Hedging Period shall end on (and including) the immediately following Hedge Expiry Date which, for the avoidance of doubt, may or may not be after the Expiration Date. As such, there may exist no partial hedge for the currency exchange risks between the Fixing Date and the first Hedging Date.

Examples of Hedging Period in a sentence

  • Upon the commencement of any Hedging Period and at all times thereafter during such Hedging Period, the Borrower shall be party to one or more Hedge Transactions which collectively satisfy the Hedge Requirements or shall provide Hedge Reserve Amounts as set forth in this Section 5.03.

  • During a Hedging Period which occurs solely as a result of clause (i) of the definition thereof, the Borrower may enter into one or more Hedge Transactions each with an Eligible Hedge Counterparty which satisfy the Hedge Requirements or exercise the Hedge Reserve Option as set forth in Section 5.03(c) hereof.


More Definitions of Hedging Period

Hedging Period means each period (i) commencing on a Distribution Date on which the Excess Spread Percentage on such Distribution Date is less than 7.50%, and ending on the next Distribution Date on which the Excess Spread Percentage is greater than or equal to 7.50%, (ii) during the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default and (iii) commencing upon the occurrence of the Commitment Termination Date.
Hedging Period. The period commencing on the date that the Borrower has elected to nullify the Excess Spread Advance Rate Adjustment by giving notice to the Deal Agent pursuant to Section 5.3 and ending on the date on which the Borrower has elected to reinstate the Excess Spread Advance Rate Adjustment by delivering a revocation notice pursuant to Section 5.3.
Hedging Period means each period commencing on a Distribution Date on which (i) the Excess Spread Percentage on such Distribution Date is less than 7.50% or (ii) the LIBOR Rate for the Interest Period commencing on such Distribution Date is greater than 3.00% and ending on the next Distribution Date on which the condition described in clause (i) or (ii) hereof that caused such period to commence no longer exists.
Hedging Period means each period from, and including, one Hedging Date, to, but excluding, the next following Hedging Date, provided that the first Hedging Period shall commence on (and include) the Fixing Date and the last Hedging Period shall end on (but exclude) the Valuation Date.

Hedging Period means, at any time the Aggregate Loan Principal Balance is greater than $0, each period (i) as of any date on which the Ramp-Up Period is not in effect, commencing on a Distribution Date on which the Average Excess Spread Percentage is less than 7.50%, and ending on the next Distribution Date on which the Average Excess Spread Percentage is greater than or equal to 7.50% (provided, however, that this clause (i) shall not be tested unless the Aggregate Loan Principal Balance is greater than $0 for three (3) consecutive Collection Periods), (ii) as of any date on which the Ramp-Up Period is not in effect, commencing on a Distribution Date on which the Excess Spread Percentage on such Distribution Date is less than 6.25%, and ending on the next Distribution Date on which the Excess Spread Percentage is greater than or equal to 6.25%, (iii) during the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default and (iv) commencing upon the occurrence of the Commitment Termination Date.
Hedging Period means the period beginning on and including the date hereof and ending on and including the date of completion of the Seller’s Initial Hedge (as determined by the Seller in good faith).
