Hedging Policy definition

Hedging Policy means all applicable aspects of hedging of the Client’s Instructions and Pending orders, including but not limited to software, Liquidity Providers and order types.
Hedging Policy means the policy of the Company and its Subsidiaries with respect to Hedging Agreements, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit H, as amended from time to time with the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company (or of a committee duly delegated by such Board of Directors comprised of two or more members thereof) in accordance with Section 7.18(b)(iii) (Limitations on Hedging).
Hedging Policy means a policy or policy with respect to Xxxxxx that Owner approves as the Hedging Policy of Owner from time to time.

More Definitions of Hedging Policy

Hedging Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 10.32(a).
Hedging Policy means a policy setting forth standards, practices and procedures with respect to Borrower’s hedging activities approved by the Board of Directors of Parent and reasonably acceptable to Lender.

Hedging Policy means the initial hedging policy applicable to the Obligors and the Issuer set out in Schedule 5 (Hedging Policy and Overriding Provisions Relating to Hedging Agreements) to the Common Terms Agreement as such hedging policy may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Borrower Security Trustee, the Issuer, the Borrowers and the Hedge Counterparties in accordance with the STID.
Hedging Policy means the hedging policy implemented and to be maintained by the Borrower as determined by the Borrower’s board of directors and as agreed by the Facility Agent by its acknowledgement of the hedging policy letter addressed to the Facility Agent from the Borrower dated on or before the date of the first Drawing under the Delivered Vessels Loan.
