Notwithstanding any other provision herein, the aggregate interest rate charged or agreed to be paid with respect to any of the Obligations, including all charges or fees in connection therewith deemed in the nature of interest under applicable laws shall not exceed the Highest Lawful Rate and, in the event any such excess payment is made by the Borrower or received by the Lender, such excess shall be credited to the payment of principal.
