Highest Lawful Rate definition

Highest Lawful Rate means the maximum lawful interest rate, if any, that at any time or from time to time may be contracted for, charged, or received under the laws applicable to any Lender which are presently in effect or, to the extent allowed by law, under such applicable laws which may hereafter be in effect and which allow a higher maximum nonusurious interest rate than applicable laws now allow.
Highest Lawful Rate means, with respect to each Lender, the maximum nonusurious interest rate, if any, that at any time or from time to time may be contracted for, taken, reserved, charged or received on the Notes or on other Indebtedness under laws applicable to such Lender which are presently in effect or, to the extent allowed by law, under such applicable laws which may hereafter be in effect and which allow a higher maximum nonusurious interest rate than applicable laws allow as of the date hereof.
Highest Lawful Rate. As defined in Section 11.13 hereof.

More Definitions of Highest Lawful Rate

Highest Lawful Rate means the maximum nonusurious interest rate, if any, that at any applicable time may be contracted for, taken, reserved, charged or received on any Loan or on the other amounts which may be owing to any Bank pursuant to this Agreement under the laws applicable to such Bank and this transaction.
