A finalized concept and comprehensive plan for the Performing Arts Center, including architectural and engineered renderings, shall be submitted prior to the expiration of the Hold Period.
The City retains the right to use the Property for any lawful purpose during the Hold Period, provided that such use does not unreasonably interfere with the KCCA’s planning activities.
The KCCA shall not make any alterations, improvements, or changes to the Property during the Hold Period without the City’s approval and written authorization.
The Hold Period shall be for five (5) years, commencing on the date of execution of this Agreement (the "Hold Period").
