Holder of the authorisation definition

Holder of the authorisation means the person to whom an authorisation has been granted;
Holder of the authorisation means the person to whom an authorisation has been granted in accordance with customs legislation;

  • Authorisation means an authorisation, consent, approval, resolution, licence, exemption, filing, notarisation or registration.

  • Required Authorisation means any authorisation, consent, declaration, licence, permit, exemption, approval or other document, whether imposed by or arising in connection with any law, regulation, custom, contract, security or otherwise howsoever which must be obtained at any time from any person, government entity or central bank or other self-regulating or supra-national authority in order to enable the Borrower lawfully to draw the Loan and/or to enable any Security Party lawfully and continuously to continue its corporate existence and/or perform all its obligations whatsoever whensoever arising under the Loan Documents and/or grant security under the Security Documents and/or to ensure the continuous validity and enforceability thereof;

  • Authorisations means any consent, registration, filing, notarisation, licence, approval, permit, authority or exemption from, by or with any Governmental Authority and all corporate, creditors’, shareholders’ and third-party approvals or consents;

  • Safety Authorisation and “deemed Safety Authorisation” have the meanings given to “safety authorisation” and “deemed safety authorisation” by the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006;

  • Marketing Authorisation means any approval (including all applicable pricing and governmental reimbursement approvals) required from the FDA or relevant Competent Authority to market and sell a Product in a particular country.

  • Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Security Agreement and the Dutch Share Pledge Agreement and any other Security Document governed by Dutch law.

  • Necessary Authorizations means all approvals and licenses from, and all filings and registrations with, any governmental or other regulatory authority, including, without limiting the foregoing, the Licenses and all approvals, licenses, filings and registrations under the Communications Act, necessary in order to enable the Borrower and its Subsidiaries to own, construct, maintain, and operate communications tower facilities and to invest in other Persons who own, construct, maintain, manage and operate communications tower facilities.

  • Senior Security Documents means with respect to any Senior Secured Party, the Security Documents that secure the Senior Obligations.

  • Corporations Act means the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth);

  • Required disclosure means disclosure by the director who has a conflicting interest of:

  • Company Authorizations shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 2.17.

  • Transaction Security Documents means each of the documents listed as being a Transaction Security Document in paragraph 2(e) of Part I of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement and any document required to be delivered to the Administrative Agent under paragraph 3(d) of Part II of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement together with any other document entered into by any Obligor creating or expressed to create any Security over all or any part of its assets in respect of the obligations of any of the Obligors under any of the Finance Documents (and any other Debt Documents).

  • UK Security Documents means the UK Pledge Agreements and the UK Debenture.

  • Required Documents means those documents identified in Section 2(I) of the Custodial Agreement.

  • ballot document means a ballot paper, internet voting record, telephone voting record or text voting record.

  • Consents, Clearances and Permits means all authorizations, licenses, approvals, registrations, permits, waivers, privileges, acknowledgements, agreements, or concessions required to be obtained from or provided by any concerned authority for the purpose of setting up of the generation facilities and/ or supply of power;

  • Authorization means, with respect to any Person, any order, permit, approval, consent, waiver, licence or similar authorization of any Governmental Entity having jurisdiction over the Person.

  • Sell Authorization means that Open Ecosystem Partner needs to meet specific training and qualification requirements for each product included in an “On Premise” Product Family that Open Ecosystem Partner wants to resell as set out in detail in the Open Ecosystem Program Guide.

  • Block Voting Instruction means, in relation to any Meeting, a document in the English language issued by a Paying Agent:

  • Letter of Authorization means a letter signed by an officer of the licensee on whose behalf the filing is submitted that designates filing authority to the filer.

  • Transaction Security means the Security created or expressed to be created in favour of the Security Agent pursuant to the Transaction Security Documents.

  • Necessary preconstruction approvals or permits means those permits or approvals required under federal air quality control laws and regulations and those air quality control laws and regulations which are part of the applicable State Implementation Plan.

  • Deeds Registries Act means the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act No. 47 of 1937);

  • class licence means a licence, as distinct from an individual licence, issued on the same terms to each applicant of a category of users in respect of the operation of a type of telecommunications network or telecommunications service;

  • Prior authorization means that we must approve the Services in advance in order for the Services to be covered.

  • Governmental Approval means any authorization, consent, approval, license or exemption of, registration or filing with, or report or notice to, any Governmental Authority.
