Holdings Guarantee definition

Holdings Guarantee means the guarantee of the obligations of the Issuer under this Indenture and the Notes by Holdings in accordance with the provisions of this Indenture.

Holdings Guarantee means the guarantee executed by Holdings substantially in the form of Exhibit E-1 hereto, except for such changes as shall have been approved by the Agents, as the same may after its execution be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms and the terms hereof.
