Holidays may not be carried forward from one Holiday Year to the next.
Save as provided for in clause 14.4 no payment in lieu will be made of any unused holiday entitlement in any Holiday Year.
The Executive is entitled to 25 Working Days’ holiday, plus such statutory or public holidays as the Company may specify each year, with pay in every Holiday Year at times convenient to the Company.
