Home Visits. $4500 (due by 36 weeks) All visits take place in the client’s home. Payment Schedule: A deposit of $500.00 is due upon returning the signed contract. Ideally, clients return their contract by their 2nd visit. Moreover, without this payment, a woman will not be considered a client of Birthmatters, LLC and no spot will be held for her eventual labor and birth. There is a suggested timeline for making payments outlined below. These are just suggestions, clients may make smaller or larger payments as long as they are paid in full according to the payment option chosen. Home Visits. A home visit is defined as a teacher conferring with a student and/or the student’s parent/guardian in person at the student’s place of residence outside of the duty day. Hybrid Class - A hybrid class is one in which a teacher teaches students in person in one building and which also includes students assigned to that class from another building(s) who attend the class remotely. Home Visits. Home visits are sometimes requested by one or both parents, and on rare occasions the evaluator may independently deem home visits necessary. Home visits are added at the discretion of the evaluator, as we deem necessary to sufficiently address the issues; parties cannot refuse announced or unannounced home visits deemed so necessary by the evaluator, and the costs of home visits will be shared among the parties in the same manner that the evaluation as a whole is shared. EPIC funds should be limited to lodging and any form of transportation (e.g., airfare, rental car, public transit, parking, mileage). Use of match funds for out-of-state travel is encouraged, because the Energy Commission might not approve the use of its funds for such travel. If an applicant plans to travel to conferences, including registration fees, they must use match funds. Applicants should be aware and adhere to specific travel restrictions when using state funds for travel to other states pursuant to AB 1887 (2016) and codified at California Government Code Section 11139.8.
