Homeopathic medicine means a system of medicine employing and limited to substances prepared and prescribed in accordance with the principles of homeopathic pharmacology as described in the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States, its compendia, addenda, and supplements, as officially recognized by the federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, Public Law 717.21 U.S. Code Sec. 331 et seq., as well as the state of Utah's food and drug laws and Controlled Substances Act.
