This insurance covers liability where a claim is denied under the Activity Host Organisation, owner or lease holder or farm’s own public liability insurance policy because that policy excludes particular claims arising in relation to Work for the Xxxx – Community Support Projects.
Subject to any contrary provision specified in any Guidelines, the Provider must ensure that each payment of a PaTH Internship Amount is paid: from the Provider’s own funds; to the relevant Activity Host Organisation; to an Activity Host Organisation only once for each Participant; within five Business Days of the Participant commencing the PaTH Internship, unless otherwise agreed with the Activity Host Organisation; and otherwise in accordance with any Guidelines.
No legal relationships between parties The Provider must ensure that, to the extent allowable by law and unless otherwise expressly agreed by the Parties, there is no intention or understanding on the part of the Activity Host Organisation or the Participant that the PaTH Internship itself will create legal relations between the Participant and: the Commonwealth; the Provider; or the Activity Host Organisation.
Where the Provider has commenced a Participant in an Individual Hosted Activity, and the Participant subsequently leaves the relevant Work for the Xxxx Place, the Provider must, if the Activity Host Organisation wishes to continue the relevant Work for the Xxxx activity, use its best endeavours to replace the Participant in that place in a timely manner with a suitable replacement Participant and in consultation with the relevant Employment Service Provider.
