Hosted Application definition

Hosted Application means any software that is deployed on the Platform by Siemens.
Hosted Application means the cloud-based CCH iFirm application (such as, but not limited to, Practice Manager, Suite, Client Accounting or Client Portal) listed on the Order Confirmation, as such application(s) may be updated from time to time by CCH SFS in its sole discretion.
Hosted Application means the software application set out in Schedule 1 which Provider uses to provide the Service.

  • Pedigree reserves the right to charge for additional services requested by Client outside the scope of this Master Agreement and then existing OneView Contract Agreements, including but not limited to: development services; professional services; Hosted Application data recovery; on-site training; on-site hardware install, repair, servicing, or activation; invoicing to multiple sites; shipment expediting or shipping to multiple locations; or custom reporting.


More Definitions of Hosted Application

Hosted Application means (i) those components and modules of the certain applications, operating systems, utility programs, communications software, interfaces and other computer software that Supplier shall make accessible to Client/Users as part of the Application Services provided by Supplier; (ii) all extensions, additions, modifications, and enhancements tto this AGREEMENT; and (iii) the networks, systems, databases or software applications utilized by Supplier in support of such software and components. The term “Hosted Application” shall be deemed to include Hosted Application Content stored in or displayed through the Hosted Application.
Hosted Application means a World Wide Web or other application hosted upon Customer or Sure Equipment containing World Wide Web, Internet or intranet content.
Hosted Application means an Application specified in the Contract that is installed on, hosted, and accessed entirely on a remote server as directed by Provider.
Hosted Application has the meaning given in paragraph D.3.3.
Hosted Application means a Device Cloud-compliant software application identified as such in the Hosting Agreement, which application is designed to interact with Registered Devices and/or manage and report data collected from Registered Devices.
