Hotel Business definition
Hotel Business means the business of owning, developing, constructing, leasing, operating, managing or franchising, either directly or through a contractual arrangement with a third party, hotels having, in the aggregate, five thousand (5,000) or more rooms, but excluding hotels leased, as a lessee, from a real estate investment trust or other passive owner and operated on behalf of such lessee by an unaffiliated third party manager.
Hotel Business means (i) the hotel, resort, extended stay lodging and other hospitality business (including the Timeshare Business), together with any related residential development, restaurant and health spa business, and (ii) any and all businesses that in the good faith judgment of the board of directors of the Corporation are reasonably related to, or may be used in connection with, the businesses described in preceding clause (i).
Hotel Business means the carrying on of a business in an hotel where such business provides sleeping accommodation and may include providing of food, drinks and other services or facilities and the granting of concessions of any part of such hotel for purposes connected with and incidental to the promotion of tourism;
