House Funds definition

House Funds means all cash and cash equivalents located at the Hotel/Casino, including, without limitation, cash, negotiable instruments, and other cash equivalents located in cages, drop boxes, slot machines and other gaming devices, cash on hand for Hotel/Casino manager’s xxxxx cash fund and cashiers’ banks, coins and slot hoppers, carousels, slot vault and poker bank.
House Funds means all cash and cash equivalents located at the Casino, including cash, negotiable instruments, and other cash equivalents located in cages, drop boxes, slot machines and other gaming devices, cash on hand for the Casino manager’s xxxxx cash fund and cashiers’ banks, coins and slot hoppers, carousels, slot vault and poker bank and cash in the registration, retail, restaurant and other non-gaming areas of the Casino (including in vending machines, postage meters, pay phones, laundry machines and other cash-operated equipment), and all checks, travelers’ checks, and bank drafts paid by guests of the Casino, but shall not include Front Money, which shall be treated in accordance with Section 8.11(d) hereof.

Examples of House Funds in a sentence

  • All other transfers of cash hereunder shall be made in accordance with the preceding sentence or by delivery of a certified or official bank check representing next-day New York Clearing House Funds.

  • Payment of the aggregate Exercise Price shall be made in cash or by certified or official bank check payable to the order of the Company in New York Clearing House Funds, or the equivalent thereof.

  • Payment of the aggregate Exercise Price must be made in cash or by certified or official bank check payable to the order of the Company in New York Clearing House Funds, or the equivalent thereof.

  • Payment of the aggregate Exercise Price (unless on a cashless basis pursuant to Section 6(d)) shall be made by certified or official bank check payable to the order of the Company in New York Clearing House Funds, or the equivalent thereof.

More Definitions of House Funds

House Funds means all xxxxx cash and cash in the cash registers, vaults, safes (other than that belonging to guests), xxxxx cash boxes, house banks, vending machines and any cash-operated devices at the Property at the Effective Time;
House Funds means cash on hand at or for the Contributed Hotels, including, without limitation, xxxxx cash funds and cashiers’ banks.
House Funds means, with respect to each Purchased Entity, all cash and cash equivalents located at the Casino owned, directly or indirectly, by such Purchased Entity, including cash, negotiable instruments, and other cash equivalents located in cages, drop boxes, slot machines and other gaming devices, cash on hand for the manager’s xxxxx cash fund and cashiers’ banks, coins and slot hoppers, carousels, slot vault and poker bank and cash in the registration, retail, restaurant and other non-gaming areas of the Company Real Property, as applicable, related to such Casino (including in vending machines, postage meters, pay phones, laundry machines and other cash-operated equipment), and all checks, travelers’ checks, and bank drafts paid by guests of such Casino, but shall not include the Front Money in respect of such Casino.
House Funds means, as it relates to each Seller, all cash and cash equivalents located at its Property, including, without limitation, cash, negotiable instruments, and other cash equivalents located in cages, drop boxes, slot machines and other gaming devices, cash on hand for such Property manager’s xxxxx cash fund and cashiers’ banks, coins and slot hoppers, carousels, slot vault and poker bank and cash in the registration, retail, restaurant and other non-gaming areas of its Property (in each case, only to the extent owned by Seller), but shall not include Front Money, which shall be treated in accordance with Section 8.12(g) hereof or the Tray Ledger which shall be treated in accordance with Section 4.2(a) hereof.
House Funds means all cash and cash equivalents held by the Company, including cash, markers and other cash equivalents located in cages, vaults, drop boxes, slot machines, redemption terminals, location dispensers (to the extent owned by the Company), automated teller machines (to the extent owned by the Company) and other gaming and amusement devices; and change bank loans outstanding to Company customer locations.
House Funds means, with respect to each Purchased Entity, all cash and cash equivalents located at the Casino owned, directly or indirectly, by such Purchased Entity, including cash, negotiable instruments, and other cash equivalents located in cages, drop boxes, slot machines and other gaming devices, cash on hand for the manager’s petty cash fund and cashiers’ banks, coins and slot hoppers, carousels, slot vault and poker bank and cash in the registration, retail, restaurant and other non-gaming areas of the Company Real Property, as applicable, related to such Casino (including in vending machines, postage meters, pay phones, laundry machines and other cash-operated equipment), and all checks, travelers’ checks, and bank drafts paid by guests of such Casino, but shall not include the Front Money in respect of such Casino.
House Funds means cash on hand at the Hotel as of the Transfer Time.
