Examples of Household Contents in a sentence
Household Contents means Your interior decorations, fixtures and fittings installed by You (not provided by HDB), furniture and furnishings, clothing and personal effects belonging to You or Your Immediate Family or Domestic Worker permanently residing with You but excludes deeds, bonds, bills of exchange, promissory notes, cheques, travellers’ cheques, securities for money, documents of any kind, cash and currency notes.
The cost of replacement or repair of an Insured Person’s Household Contents and personal effects (excluding Money) is payable if the Insured Person suffers loss of or damage to the same as a result of burglary occurred at the Insured Person’s principal home in Hong Kong (the “Home”) while it is unoccupied during the Journey.
If there is physical loss or damage to the Household Contents, Valuables and/or stamp, coin, medal collections, works of art based within Your residence in Singapore that was left vacant because of Your Trip, caused by fire or theft occurring during the period of insurance and after You have departed from Singapore, We may at Our sole discretion up the limit specified, replace, repair, or reimburse You against the losses or damages up to the limit specified in the selected plan.
The Company will pay the Insured for accidental physical loss of or damage to the Household Contents during the course of such Household Contents being moved by professional removers from the Location of Risk to a new risk location within Hong Kong.
The Company will pay the Insured for accidental physical loss of or damage to the Household Contents during the course of such Household Contents being temporarily removed from the Location of Risk to any other premises within Hong Kong for cleaning, repair or maintenance for up to fourteen (14) days.
