Household refuse means garbage, trash, and sanitary wastes in septic tanks that are derived from a household.

Household refuse means waste material and trash normally accumulated by a household in the course of ordinary day-to-day living.
Household refuse and/or “industrial refuse” shall mean all liquid or solid waste generated by residential and/or industrial activities. This includes, but is not limited to, sludges and residues of treated wastes.
