Housing Element definition

Housing Element or “element” means the housing element of the community’s general plan, as required pursuant to this article and subdivision (c) of Section 65302.
Housing Element means the portion of the Township's Master Plan, required by the Municipal Land Use Law ("MLUL"), N.J.S.A. 40:55D-28b(3) and the Act, that includes the information required by N.J.A.C. 5:93-5.1 and establishes the Township's fair share obligation.
Housing Element or “element” means the Housing Element of a community’s General Plan, as required pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section 65302 of the Government Code and prepared in accordance with Article 10.6 (commencing with Section 65580) of Chapter 3 of Division 1 of Title 7 of the Government Code.
