Housing facility definition

Housing facility means a single- or multi-family residence used exclusively for housing or boarding, or housing and boarding stu- dents, faculty, or staff members of an institution of higher learning. The term includes infirmary and student union building, but does not include a housing or boarding facility for the use of a fraternity, sorority, or private club.
