housing scheme means a housing scheme made under this Act;
housing scheme means a scheme formulated and declared by the State Government or the Government of India, for the construction or reconstruction of dwelling units or structures in the scheme area for providing basic amenities to the slum dwellers who are protected occupiers as defined in clause (a) of section 3X and their in situ rehabilitation in such scheme area;
