HSR Approval definition
HSR Approval means expiration of all applicable waiting periods under the HSR Act (including any voluntary agreed extensions) or earlier termination thereof.
HSR Approval means the filing of a Notification and Report Form with the United States Federal Trade Commission and the United States Department of Justice under the HSR Act and the expiration or termination of any applicable waiting period (including any extensions) thereunder, if required.
HSR Approval means all applicable filings pursuant to the HSR Act shall have been made and all applicable waiting periods shall have expired or been terminated.
More Definitions of HSR Approval
HSR Approval means the expiration or early termination of any waiting period, and any extension thereof, applicable to the completion of the transactions contemplated hereby under the HSR Act;
