IAA Shipper definition

IAA Shipper means any person or entity that is for the time being entitled to access the Transportation Services pursuant to an IUK Access Agreement;
IAA Shipper means a person that has signed the Client’s IUK Access Agreement and the
IAA Shipper means the Shipper or any other person who is for the time being entitled to receiveTransportation Services pursuant to an IUK Access Agreement;

  • IUK and the IAA Shipper each hereby gives its consent in accordance with Article 10 of the ICC Rules to such consolidation.
