Illumination definition

Illumination means the act of lighting up a sign by way of an artificial light source located within, or external to, the sign and does not include flashing or intermittent lighting;
Illumination means the act of lighting up a sign by way of an artificial light source located within, on or external to the sign, the brightness and intensity of which are measured in lux and nits;
