Immediate family definition

Immediate family means a spouse and any unemancipated child.
Immediate family means any relationship by blood, marriage or adoption, not more remote than first cousin.
Immediate family means any child, stepchild, grandchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, spouse, sibling, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law or sister-in-law and shall include adoptive relationships.

Immediate family means an individual’s father, mother, stepfather, stepmother, brother, sister stepbrother, stepsister, son, daughter, stepson, stepdaughter, grandparent, grandson, granddaughter, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son- in-law, daughter-in-law, the spouse of the foregoing, and the individual’s spouse.
Immediate family as used herein shall mean spouse, lineal descendant or antecedent, father, mother, brother or sister. In such case, the transferee or other recipient shall receive and hold the Shares so transferred subject to the provisions of this Section, and there shall be no further transfer of such Shares except in accordance with the terms of this Section.
