Implementation Committee definition
Implementation Committee means the committee established on the Effective Date and formed according to the provisions in Chapter 27 Implementation;
Implementation Committee means the implementation committee established under paragraph 4 of the Implementation Chapter;
Implementation Committee means a Committee constituted under Section [5] of this Act;

Any difficulties in this regard shall be submitted to the Implementation Committee for resolution.
