Improvement Patents definition

Improvement Patents means any Patents claiming inventions relating to the Compound or any Product (including, without limitation, use, formulation and, to the extent solely applicable to Product, manufacturing), patent applications of which are filed after the Effective Date.
Improvement Patents means any patents or patent applications which generically or specifically claim any Improvements which are developed by the Licensee, or to which the Licensee party otherwise has the right to grant licences, now or in the future.
Improvement Patents means patents and patent applications that claim Improvements;

More Definitions of Improvement Patents

Improvement Patents means all Patents owned or Controlled by GeoVax claiming or covering any (i) use of Gedeptin® or its manufacture with a first priority date that is on or after the Effective Date, or (ii) a Know-How Improvement arising on or after the Effective Date that is not covered by (i) above.
Improvement Patents means any patent application and any patents issuing thereon throughout the world including any extensions, renewals, continuations, continuations-
