IMS Health Common Stock definition

IMS Health Common Stock shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
IMS Health Common Stock means the common stock, par value $.01 per share, of IMS HEALTH.

  • The initial ratio of stock in the pooled stock fund shall be one share of Corporation Common Stock to one share of IMS Health Common Stock.
