In-House Counsel definition

In-House Counsel means an attorney employed by a Participant in this proceeding or employed by an affiliated entity and who is actively engaged in the conduct of this proceeding, provided that such attorney is not involved in Competitive Decision-Making. (In this regard, an In-House Counsel’s employer is considered his or her client.)

More Definitions of In-House Counsel

In-House Counsel means attorneys employed by Defendant for the purpose of rendering legal services, as well as paralegals, secretaries, and clerical and administrative personnel that are employed by Defendant for the purpose of assisting attorneys employed by Defendant for the purpose of rendering legal services.
